URGENT CARE WALKINS WELCOMED ONLY.

IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE.
