Rapid City Mental Health Professionals support a treatment plan that involves medication management when necessary, along with promoting a healthy lifestyle; diet, exercise, and supplements. Patients are encouraged to educate themselves in the aspects of their diagnosis and treatment options. Treatment decisions are made in conjunction with the patient and their support systems.

What Does a CNP do? CNPs assess and diagnose mood disorders, provide supportive therapy, and prescribe medication. At Rapid City Mental Health Prof. we collaborate with a psychiatrist who is our medical director.

We offer genetic testing to determine your metabolism of psychiatric medicaitons.
