Our office conducts most consults over the phone. DO NOT come to the office for your appointment unless specifically instructed by the ENT or you have an appoinment for audiology (hearing test). You will get a call/text and email reminders of your appt. On your appt day you will receive a text to check-in. Please go over your emails to make sure of your appointment type. Only the patient is allowed in the building, if a minor, only one parent is allowed.  Text us at 951-774-2772 when you have arrived prior to entering the building/office and wait to be called back. If you are having any cold symptoms, caugh, sneezing DO NOT COME IN TO THE OFFICE, we need to reschedule you. Have your ID/insurance and minor pt ID/picture ready or upload it to the pt portal. We may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any given time if we do not have your ID/insurance, co-pay, authorization with correct CPT codes, or if a provider is out sick/emergency. You may cancel the updated/modified appoinment if it is not convinient for you. Make sure to look through your emails/spam for notifications. Update your personal information/demographics. SOLO EL PACIENTE ES PERMITIDO EN EL EDIFICIO, UN ADULTO CON UN MENOR SOLAMENTE. No venga a la oficina con sintomas de gripe, toz, etc.le cancelaremos su cita.  Mande texto cuando este afuera de la puerta con su nombre fecha de nacimiento y correo electronico.  Tome asiento y tener tu interprete listo por telefono. Su cita puede ser cancelada/modificada en cualquier momento si no temenos informacion completa requerida, autorizacion invalida o no tiene covertura, el provedor esta enferm@/emergencia.  Si no esta de acuerdo con su nueva cita usted la puede cancelar por medio del texto oemail y adquerir una cita nueva.
