We will make every effort to respond within 3 business days. If you have not seen a physician recently, we ask that you make an appointment for all medical problems. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give our office 24 hours notice. Please call our office if you would like to schedule a same-day appointment, or if you need to contact us regarding more urgent concerns. If you call our office and leave a message for the front desk or medical assistant, you should expect a call back by the end of the next business day unless you are requesting an urgent appointment. We try to return calls requesting urgent appointments within 2-4 hours. Please remember that in our attempt to increase accessibility, we have varied our office hours somewhat. Refer to our hours listed on our home page. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please go directly to the nearest emergency room (by ambulance if appropriate), and advise the staff that you are our patient. If you are having a medical problem after hours or on weekends/holidays, please call the regular office number and follow the message instructions. A doctor will then be contacted through the answering service.
