Physicals

We offer health maintence physicals, sports physicals, DOT physicals or employment physicals. We prefer these be scheduled on off peak times so we can spend more time providing you the best healthcare, but can schedule at your convience as well. Sports physicals can be done as walkin. Please bring all the paperwork associated with your physical.
