All patients are required to pay the session fee in full (self-pay, coinsurance, deductibles) at the time services are rendered. We accept checks, cash and credit cards. We kindly request that you provide your credit card at each visit. We will file claims with insurance companies that we accept, and if insurance does not pay for services rendered within 60 days, you will be responsible for the balance. A monthly statement fee of .85 cents will be added to any outstanding balances not paid at the time of service.
