To schedule an appointment: The best way to schedule an appointment is to send us a message on the patient portal. You can also contact my administrative assistant at 678-996-5903. If she is unable to answer the call directly, please leave her a voicemail with your name and number. She will get back to you as soon as possible. Typically she will return your call on the same day, but please be aware that it may occasionally take 1 to 2 business days for her to respond to non-urgent scheduling requests.

Routine clinical questions or concerns: For routine, non-emergency clinical matters, please contact, Dr. Weiss directly at 678-996-5902. You may get her voicemail since she is generally in session throughout most of the day, but please leave her a voicemail, and she will respond to you as soon as she is able. Dr. Weiss attempts to respond to all calls within one business day, but in some cases it could take up to 2 business days for her to return your call. Messages left late in the day, in the evenings, or on weekends or holidays, may not be received until the next business day. If you call outside of normal business hours and have a clinical concern that needs to be addressed before the next business day, please contact Dr. Weiss on the emergency line at 678-996-5904.  Please be aware that e-mail is not a secure means of communication so please do not send sensitive medical or mental health information to Dr. Weiss via email. It is recommended that private health information not be shared via email. When sharing personal clinical information, please contact the office via phone, fax, or the patient portal. Please keep in mind that e-mail or portal messages are not an appropriate way of contacting Dr. Weiss regarding an urgent matter as email and portal messages may not be checked regularly especially on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Urgent Clinical Matters:  If you or someone close to you is in immediate danger, please do not call the emergency number as there may be times when Dr. Weiss cannot respond immediately; instead, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you have an urgent clinical matter that needs to be addressed right away but is not immediately life-threatening, you can contact Dr. Weiss on the emergency line at 678-996-5904.  Dr. Weiss typically answers calls directly, but if she happens to miss the call or is unable to answer immediately (which may happen if she is in session with a client), please leave her a message, and she will respond as soon as possible (typically within minutes but in rare cases up to 30 minutes later). If you have left Dr. Weiss a message on the emergency line but have not heard back within 30 minutes, please call her again. Please do not send text messages to Dr. Weiss' emergency line as these messages are not usually received in a timely manner.
