POTASSIUM
If the potassium in your blood drops too low or too high, your heart beat can be affected ... and could stop!
To keep your potassium level normal (3.4 to 4.7) you should always avoid very, very high potassium foods and limit your intake of very high potassium food sources to 1 serving 2-3 per week. Foods with a moderate in potassium can be eaten every day in small amounts (usually 3-4 servings per day).
