Returned Check Policy

There is a fee of $35 for any check returned by the bank. There will be a hold on any refills and medical records until the outstanding amount is paid in cash, credit card or money order only. If there has been two check returns our office will no longer be able to accept checks as payments "only creditcard, debit or cash".
