About Our Office

Hi, my name is Christopher Sheets and I have had the pleasure of working in the field of mental health for 20 years in varying capacities. This includes memory care, acute psychiatric inpatient hospital units, and outpatient medication management settings. In addition, I have two years of experience providing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy in a consultative role. I prefer to utilize a combination of natural remedies, pharmaceutical medications, and brief psychotherapeutic interventions depending upon the client's preference. Outside of the clinic I enjoy hot yoga, weight lifting, outdoor activities, food tours, and of course traveling to learn more about the world we share. I was born in sunny Southern California and moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest as a teen, where I have resided since. My formative years were spent amongst a diverse population of people, influencing my perspective and approach to life and later aiding in my ability to relate to those I serve.
