InfoGard Certified
WRS Health is a MIPS/Meaningful Use Complete certified EHR. InfoGard is a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) accredited Information Technology(IT) Security Testing laboratory and is accredited as an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) ONC Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) to perform testing and certification of EHR technology. The ONC-ATCB certification, established by The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, provides assurances that EMR vendors have met a comprehensive set of guidelines necessary to meet Meaningful Use criteria. This certification enables providers using the WRS Health System to access ONC-HIT stimulus incentive payments through Medicare and through Medicaid.

WRS Health’s Web EHR and Practice Management System Version 5.0 Complete EHR is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments. WRS Health does not require any additional fees for the use of this certified product.
Pricing Transparency
WRS Health Web EHR and Practice Management System – Version 5.0 is charged as a per provider monthly subscription rate. All users have access to a single version of the web-based application which is a single “ONC-Certified EHR” version. There is also no cost differential to use this system as “ONC Certified” a versus “Non-Certified.” Fees for additional, third party functionality, such as secure messaging, immunization registry connection and/or electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS) are charged to clients, as applicable. There are no technical and/or contractual limitations to users of this software product, including connections, data usage and any quantities of particular functions (messaging, transmission, etc.) or others
New clients are charged initial fees for setup, training, data migration and project management. These amounts vary based on practice size and readiness.
WRS offers a variety of add-on services, functions and devices. These are optional to all clients.
Lastly, WRS Health charges for third-party lab connectivity. Generally, the third party business entity (lab or imaging facility) pays the cost of establishing connectivity, but the client also has the option to pay for connections, as applicable.
